    COMMERCIAL LANDLORD-TENANT LAW AND LEASES FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS
    There are many differences in the legal principles, practices and forms used in commercial tenancies as compared with their residential counterparts. This program will cover all the major areas a manager or owner's representative should know, from leasing to evictions, and will be specific to Massachusetts's law. As part of the program the "Standard Form Commercial Lease" will be analyzed in detail and alternative provisions will be discussed. The instructor, who has advised property managers for decades, will offer practical suggestions throughout the program.
